CASHBACK TERMS OF OFFER

  • You must have created a New Booking for 2024/25 and have checked in for 25th September 2024/25.

  • You must have book a minimum of 44 weeks with the named property in order to qualify for the Offer.

  • Bookings made without a valid promotional code will not be eligible to receive benefits of the Offer. 

  • The Offer will be supplied to You when the following conditions are met:

  • You are up to date with your rent instalments as of 1 November 2024 and any other outstanding fees, or;

       You have paid in full for the entire year.

  • If you do not meet the above conditions by 1 November 2024, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

  • The Offer starts on the date as stated in your booking form.

  • The Offer is only applicable to You as the New Booker and is non-transferable.

  • The Offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.

  • Cashback payment will be made in the form of a deduction from your 1st rent instalment. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.

  • The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of TJT Students.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.

  • Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
