To reserve your room for September 2024/25 please access and complete the
reservation form by signing up to our member portal below.

You will receive an email from us with details on how to secure your chosen accommodation*.
If after 3 days you haven't heard back from us please email admin@tjtstudents.co.uk
Please note International students and those who cannot provide a UK based guarantor are unable to pay their rent in instalments and must pay in full upfront before moving in.
We also offer short term lets & non standard term dates (minimum of one semester)

*In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 we take a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent (not applicable during No Deposit Promotion periods), this is deducted from you first rent instalment in September. When you sign your application form you are agreeing to us holding your deposit for longer than the standard 15 days allowed by the Tenant Fees Act.
